April 30 is the feast day of Saint Pius V, who isn’t patron saint of anything funny. April 29, however, is the feast day of Catherine of Siena, who is among other things, patron saint of nurses, Europe, firefighters, miscarriages, and Allentown, Pennsylvania. Give it on up for Allentown!
